Team Charter Canvas
So you’ve assembled a group of unusual suspects and characters. How will you come to an agreement on your objectives, expectations, and values? How will you handle difficult situations? To avoid unnecessary, counterproductive behavior or unexpected surprises, develop a team charter together. In general, it’s a good idea to know who you’re traveling with! Who is on the bus and what will each person individually bring to the team: e.g., role, personal core value, skills, personal slogan, character trait?
Who is behind the wheel? Who is navigating?
What do the team members expect from each other in order to be successful?
What are the values the team lives by? Are these values recognized by all team members?

What could prevent the team from working together fruitfully and reaching their goal?
What generates energy in the group? What gets everybody running and going for the best results?
What is the goal the team wants to reach? When are all the team efforts successful?
